Our Community needs your support today. Advocating for Change, Inc. is holding their 16th Annual Book Bag Drive. We plan to distribuate 1,500 book bags filled with supplies for children in need. In many school districts teh budget for shool supplies and educational equipment has been cut..therefore parents will be expected to provide a growing number of additional items presented on the annual supply list. AFC has spent more than a decade parenting with educators, community based organizations, and low- to moderate income families in Spring Valley in order to guarantee that every child in need, from pre-school to high school, receives the supplies they need to be successful in school. Please join us in supporting our Rockland County children and families with meeting the most basic yet imperative needs and tools needed to stimulate and master learning.
