                        I Can't Wake Mommy

"I can't wake Mommy" was the words that my 3 year old grand-daughter said to the off duty Police Officer when she was spotted on the morning of Wednesday 6th January 2016.
She had got herself up and ready for nursery because she couldn't wake mommy and, being the intelligent young girl that she is, she decided to make her way there alone.

A few yards from her house, she was spotted by an off duty Police Officer and his wife and asked where she was going so early. "I'm going to nursery because mommy is sleeping and she won't wake up".

At this point, realising something was wrong, the officer asked phoebe where she lived.

Only being yards from her house she led him to the back door from where she had come out of. The officer entered the house and took a look around, whilst his wife kept Phoebe pre-occupied. Upon entering, it was noticed that Phoebe  had tried to make breakfast and she had also got herself ready for nursery. Nothing seemed unusual. The officer went upstairs to what was mommys bedroom.

Nothing could have prepared him for what he discovered.

My 30 year old Daughter had passed away.

It was obvious nothing could be done to save her.

My poor Grand-daughter had endured some time with her mom like this before deciding to go to nursery alone.

Nikki, my Daughter, was a single mom and did everything for her daughter. She lived for her, Protected her and Loved her More Than Anything In The World.

Regretfully now, Phoebe has no mother but that won't stop family sharing memories of her mother with her.

I have set up this fundraising campaign in the memory of my Daughter to raise money for Phoebes future.

Phoebe is an extremley intelligent young girl and I am hoping this will give her the best future possible.

Please donate whatever you feel you are able.

All donations, of any amount will mean the absolute world to My Daughter Nikki's memory, to Myself and to Our Entire Family.

I wish to thank you for taking the time read this and hope you understand the gratitude I have for you.

Thank You once again.
