Dear Supporter,
We are writing you today to give you an update on our ministry and ask for prayers for some items we need folks to come along side us in.
God has blessed us with an outstanding line up of singers right now and it is a joy and honor to be working together with not only great talent, but talent who love God. We have made a new commitment to making sure we not only give good entertainment in our concerts but ALSO a clear gospel message with an opportunity for folks to give their lives to God. This is not only a commitment from the us the owners, but all vocalists. We ALL feel this is a must in each of our services and concerts.
With the recent change in our line up, we have stuck a lot of money into promotional materials as we need this to expand and keep people aware of the group. As far as office equipment goes it is essentially starting all over, with every supply needing revamped.
So, having said that, number one, we send you this letter as a prayer request. Please pray we stay true to our commitment and never stray from the message of the gospel! We have faith that our God will supply the needs. “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and the assurance about what we do not see”. Hebrews 11:1 We are confidant God will supply!
God has been blessing our ministry a ton lately and the calls are coming in for new venues and new places to sing. This is a huge blessing but along with that come MILES! Miles, on the RV (our bus, our home away from home and transportation) We are praying for some folks who will come along side of us and support this portion of our ministry. We are looking for some donors who would be willing to support us in;
RV monthly payment (if God speaks to you to help us pay it off we would be thrilled, we know we serve a big God and He does supply the needs)
Right now we are in BIG need of changing out the back tires on the RV, this is four total tires and we need approximately $900.00 dollars to get this done! This is a huge need for our safety.
We would be honored for folks to pray and support us monthly for fuel, oil changes and up keep of our Transportation.
We are looking for $15000.00 dollars for the rest of this year! This would cover payments, insurance, and maintenance on the RV. We serve a big God and we claim this scripture today. “ But my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus”. Philippians 4:19
We can not do this in ourselves and we recognize that God will supply the needs. We know everyone can do something! If that is just praying for the needs and praying that God will lay our ministry on hearts to help in our need, then we appreciate that. Jim’s home church has come along side of us so far and is committed to a monthly sum for transportation! Praise the Lord, will you be the next one to come along side of us in this need?
Another thing we would appreciate your help with; We are currently trying to purchase two more speakers for our sound equipment. This is a need when we sing in venues that are wider than what our speakers can cover. Right now in these spaces we are having to run our sound system louder to make sure everyone can hear, with this it causes issues for folks in the front of our concerts. Two more speakers would allow us to run things softer, but cover a whole room more for better sound. These speakers will cost us$1450.00. This is something that would greatly help us in our concerts. If you would be willing to help in this area we would be so blessed and honored!
Our TOTAL financial need at this time is: $16450.00. We know God is able to supply all of our needs! We have seen Him work on our behalf over and over again! We come to you today with confidence that we know you will not only pray but be willing to help us in these needs!
We are going to keep going on in His steps and go where He leads! God is good and we will keep true to His calling! This is a precious calling that we know God has called each of us to.
