New Uniforms for Zawadi la Tumaini

In August 2015 Zawadi la Tumaini Children's Home will be expanding operations and welcoming 3-5 new children to our family.
Our children have been attending school at Rafiki Primary School since September 2014 (18 currently attending, 21-23 in August 2015). The children had been using their school uniforms from PEFA Donholm, where our home was previously located.
With the new children joining our family, and a new school year approaching, we are appealing to donors to assist us with the purchase of new uniforms for our growing family! This will include a pair of shoes for all of our new children (and the children who have grow out of their current pair of shoes), 2 school shirts, 2 pairs of pants or skirts, 2 school sweaters or vests, and school ties/socks.
Uniforms for children ages 3-5 years old costs $38, $43 for children ages 5-9 years old, $49 for children 10+ years old. Our total budget for the purchase of uniforms is $723. This includes the purchase of uniforms for our 18 children currently attending Rafiki Primary School. We have set a budget of $215 for our 5 additional children (depending on their age this figure could be more or less than budgetted). Our total budget for the purchase of uniforms is $938.
Our children find joy in simple things we often take for granted. Their wish for 2015 has been to improve academically and to receive new school uniforms. They greatly appreciate all of your support.
