Help me help Uganda!

Hey, my name is Heather and I am going out to Uganda to volunteer with a charity called Volunteer Uganda. I would like to raise as much money as I can to benefit the children I will be working with.
My main aim is to kit out the schools with mosquito nets, at just £1 a net it wouldn't take a lot to give all of the children in our schools this simple protection from malaria.
In addition to this I would like to be able to take a rucksack full of teaching resources such as pencils, pens, stickers, posters, crayons, counters, dice, games, rubbers, rulers, protractors, compasses, maps, texts, story books, plus many more useful things. To do this I am relying on you wonderful people to help me out.
Please give what you can, anything would be amazing and benefit some of the world's poorest children!
