Lexi's Heart Transplant

Lexi was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and under went 3 open heart surgeries including a pacemaker by the age 5. For the past 10 yrs she has had routine check ups with no problems.  On Monday May 25th 2015 Lexi was found unresponsive by her parents.  After countless test by the doctors it was determined that a heart transplant was her only option.  Lexi has been placed on the transplant list and must remain in The Cleveland Clinic until a heart becomes available.  Please Donate to help with medical expenses and future follow up care for Lexi.
