Please take my princess to Florida

On 16th January this year our darling daughter Annabel, 16, was diagnosed with Bone Cancer in her thigh.
Annabel is a very caring and funny young girl. She was diagnosed with autism when she was 6 years old, and despite this she always focuses on the positive things she has in life.
Just three months before she was diagnosed she was able to enjoy being a bridesmaid at our sons wedding. Unfortunately, since then, as a family it has been a very tough year.
After her diagnosis she was admitted to UCH (University College Hospital) in London and treatment was carried out. Whilst she was there, she made the very brave decision to have all her hair shaved off so that she could donate it to The Little Princess Trust, so that other girls could have a wig made for them too. Unfortunately, her cancer became very aggressive and on the 4th March she underwent a major operation and had to have her leg amputated.
Throughout all of this she has remained positive about everything, still cracking jokes, touching the hearts of everyone she knows.
It has now been 3 months since her operation, and times are still very difficult. We have been shown so much love and support throughout this hard time. She'll be undergoing more chemotherapy and other treatment until October, all being well.
What we would really like, as a family, is to take Annabel to Disney World Florida. We know our goal is reaching very high, but every little helps. Hopefully by the end of the year, we can start getting our lives back to some normality, and we feel that a family trip to Disney World would be the perfect way to celebrate. Anyone who knows Annabel knows that Disney (particularly Frozen) is her favourite thing.
