Take my aging Gabby to see the U.S.

Tried to find someone to rent to us an apartment but they won't accept  GABBY my german shepherd. I had no choise but to find a used rv  that we could live in without haveing to live under a bridge somewhere.  Would like to take her to see some of the U.S. before she passes but after my doctor bill's (chronic broken back injury from 2004) my rv payment, insurance, food, gabby's doctor bill's , My RX bills, insurance, rv space rent, there is nothing left, I would simply ask that dog lovers sympathize with my plight and understand that I would do anything for my best friend GABBY.
