My son was in motorcycle accident

My son dad was riding his motorcycle with my 8 year old son on I-35 and Choctaw Road on June 2, 2015 when traffic was slowing down he slowed to 35 mph and a newer white Ford Exployer with a middle aged woman hit the back of them going 65 mph throwing my son into her windshield andmy son hit her bumper and winsheild. She then threw him to ground. She got out to say she was sorry and it was all her fault (obviously) and left my son and grandson laying helpless on the ground and left the scene of the accident! She almost ran them overt trying to get away. Witnesses got her tag number and the hwy patrol ran the tag and it was registered to a 91 Buick not her new Exployer. It was a stolen tag. The police never found the lady. any help finding or helping with medical since it is not covered and they need more medical help. If you can't help plz pray and god bless you.
