Joseph Forbes Seizure Dog Appeal

My name is Joseph Forbes, I'm 19yrs old and I was an upcoming young chef working in a local Belfast Hotel, I was also an outgoing, sports loving lad. That was until 17th March 2014 when my life tuned upside down.
It was on this day that I slipped in work and I thought that I had pulled or twisted something.
I had adnominal pain and had attended both my GP and hospital A&E Department, during this time I was starting to go off my food and become nauseous whenever I would startr to eat. This continued for 5 months from the 17th March, until it came to August and my GP sent me back to the Royal Victoria Hospital for more tests, so I was admitted to the Medical Ward.
I was discharged on the Wednesday afteroon, but by Friday morning I was readmitted with a heart rate of 200+ andthis was when my life changed for the worst.
I started to have tremours in my legs and then my whole body started to tremble, my parents had asked for a neurologist to come and see me as these tremours didn't seem to be right,  A neurologist came down to see me and I was told that I would be going to his ward, I was on the neurological ward for next 3 months.
The days and weeks that followed worried the medical staff as my seizures would come on without warning and last anything from 5 minutes to 23hrs,  my mobility and appetite became an issue and I was put on a zimmer frame, then a rollator and also I was put onto food supplements. Once again tests where done and I had a MRI scan which showed I had  a small cyst in my Pineal Gland, but was told not worry about it as it was not causing my problems, all they could say was that it was 'STRESS' and 'ANXEITY'.
Listening to music, watching tv, chatting with friends, getting a shower or just out and about without any warning I just go into a seizure and now when I go into 1 my hands start to 'CLAW' inwards and when I try to straighten my hands and arms out straight all you hear is my bones cracking.
At present I have no independance, so what I'm collecting for is a Seizure & Mobility Dog which will sense when I'm about to have a seizure and will go and get help or fetch a telephone for me when I come round or just be there when I come out of a seizure as I can be a little dis-orientated.
