We Care Charitable Foundation
Donation protected
We Care Charitable Foundation (WCCF) is a nonprofit organization founded in Chicago in 2002 in order to make lasting improvements in the lives of children living in poverty in Grand Boulage, Haiti. WCCF specifically works in raising financial support, in-kind donations, and finding sponsorship for these kids. The monetary donations we receive pay for annual tuition, books, uniforms, and daily hot lunches for the students.
Grand Boulage is a small village located northwest of Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, between Tomazo and Mirbalais. It has a population of 10,000 people with 70% of them under the age of 17. The village has no running water and the people often have to travel miles to retrieve water for their daily needs.
Please know that your donations are greatly appreciated, especially after the disastrous Hurricane Matthew hit the island last week on October 6, 2016. In Haiti, 90% of farmer's crops were distroyed. Help is badly needed!
