This page was made for our grandson Micah and his parents Mandy and Brian Keith.
Micah has undergone 3 surgeries in the last 18 months. His first surgery came in February 2012 when it was discovered he had a tumor called ganglioglioma. The goal of the first surgery was to remove the tumor but unfortunately it couldn't be completely removed and it grew back even bigger. His second surgery was August 2nd 2013 for a second attempt at removing the tumor. On August 5th 2013 he underwent an emergency surgery to repair a collapsed bone in his spine. Each surgery also requires extensive rehab where Micah has to learn normal skills over again, such as walking, dressing himself, going to the bathroom and everyday activities. These therapy sessions last a month or more.
All donations will help cover my sons medical needs and traveling needs for my husband and I.
