Jeremy's Medical Fund

Hi. I am Kaitlyn and I am setting up this Go Fund Me account for my cousin, Jeremy Roach , who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a bone cancer, on January 14th, 2016 . Jeremy will be out of work anywhere from 6-9 months and will be travelling back and forth for chemotherapy treatments and any other necessary surgeries. The money raised will go towards medical bills and gas while doing these chemotherapy treatments.

Jeremy is one of the hardest working and caring people I have ever had the privilege to meet and so, I have created this account in Jeremy's honor.
