Hi! My name is Sarah Yohn aka Waffle Queen. If you know me you know I have a passion for cooking, waffles especially. I have even created two E-Books that contains a variety of waffles I have created over the past two years. As of recent I was given an amazing opportunity to bring the "Waffle Queen" into a gym and make it my own, run it as my own business. I knew this was something I couldn't pass up.
Growing up my mother and I would always bake together. She LOVED to cake decorate and was so good at it. It was her dream to one day open up a bakery together. She has since passed away from cancer. I think this would honor her in so many ways and make her so proud. What is exciting about it too is that it is right in my wheelhouse. My vision is to improve ones quality of life through fitness and nutrition and this will allow me to do that!
I was let go from my personal training job due to “conflict of interest”. Being that it was at their rival gym. I am not doing the same service so it doesn’t make much sense but none the less they have let me go. So I have zero income coming in. I will be using my savings to cover start up costs.
I am looking at this as an investment and have decided to use my savings to start this crazy dream of mine. I had been saving for many years to make a trip to Europe however this was just something I didn’t want to pass up. My gut was telling me to go for it! I believe in it and I know if there is something you are truly passionate about you can not fail.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated. I have begun to reach out to companies as well to see if they could donate supplies of any kind. Supplement companies to donate protein powder and/ or bars. If you know of any places that would be willing I would appreciate any feedback. You could even purchase my ebook on my website if you like! Any purchases will go directly to my cafe.

It is a huge space! So much potential! The space used to be a bingo hall and they had a kitchen in it. I hope to expand into a meal prep!
