Ruby Needs Surgery

Ruby is a RedTailed Boa that has managed to get herself in a life or death situation. She escaped her tank and was lost in her previous owners couch for around a month, where she was attacked by a rat. We acquired her from her last owners in hopes that she would recover, and if need be pay for vet visits. In this last week, she has taken a turn for the worst. She began Puking and bleeding from a wound that has been our main concern from the first day we brought her home. We scrambled to take her to the nearest reptile vet just to find out that she needs surgery and that her wound was actually her bowels being disconnected and she is full of infection. The vet wants $720 up front to do the procedure, but being in the financial state that we are in, we cannot afford to do this. For the whole surgery it will be close to $2,000 with medicine. If we don't have the procedure done, she will starve to death. If worst comes to worst we have too put her down, which will cost us almost $300 dollars do to, because she needs to be cremated due to the infections that are in her body.
