Nepal Trauma Relief Trip

Around July 1st I will be flying to Nepal to join the Acupuncturists Without Borders team to provide trauma relief treatments to the people of Nepal and the aid workers that have been tirelessly working around the clock.
The Nepalis will undoubtedly be facing years of anxiety, depression, insomnia, flashbacks, fear and other traumatic symptoms with the emotional well-being of the children being particularly concerning. Although Nepal has undergone significant physical devastation, the remaining unseen emotional damage can be even more destructive.
As an acupuncturist I am blessed with the ability to effectively ease and recover the effects of trauma. Together with the Acupuncturists Without Borders team, we will serve as many of those we can over the next coming weeks.
Acupuncturists Without Borders runs entirely off of volunteer work. Your donations will help support direct medical care for the Nepalis, food, water, acupuncture and other medical supplies, shelter, and all other aspect of Acupuncturists Without Borders and our relief efforts in Nepal. Nepal was the birthplace of Buddha. Today just happens to be Saga Dawa, the anniversary of the Buddha’s birth, awakening and death. Tibetan Buddhists believe that today the effects of actions are multiplied many millions of times over, therefore it is an important day for spiritual practices and positive actions. I wish for your donations to be returned a million fold!
