Jeremiah was diagnosed with a rare disease at 5months old , and he under goes treatment at the hospital weekly to every other week to stay alive, his condition is so rare that only 100 people in the world has been diagnosed ,please donate blood , platelets are most of all bone marrow at any Blood Bank or contact Be the Match because of his illnesses I had to leave my job and become a full-time care giver for him, bills and fiances are a challenge because I am unable to work ,we ask for your prayers and we appreciate all your help , Bless you
