13 Yr Old Rescue, Ron's Surgery

Hi! My name is Ronold (I'm on the right!), and I'm in need of some help. I was dropped off by my long term owner at a rescue in Denver, Co.  I was left alone for 16-17 hours a day with my original owner and was under fed, frail and severely underweight, and just needed some love. My new parents adopted me at the ripe age of 11.  I instantly bonded with them and my new brother, Parker (another Sheltie!). They learned how to care for me, and started me off on the best life ever!
As long as I can remember, I have had bowel movement troubles, but no one knew what was going on with me.  For the last 2.5 years that I've been with my new family, they have taken me to countless vet appointments, new food and medication, and even behavior training to help with my separation anxiety. I needed to get out to the backyard every 30 minutes to try, but nothing seemed to help. The pain kept getting worse and I began to get depressed. I couldn't leave my bed and going on walks was becoming unbearable. 
The bright side to this story, is a new vet has finally diagnosed me! Turns out I have a bilateral perineal hernia.  Which means my pelvic muscles are almost all gone from not being neutered until I was brought to the rescue. My testosterone weakened my muscles and I no longer had strength for a bowel movement. This could get worse and force other organs, like my bladder to become non-functioning. This is the only option I have, but luckily even though it's been years of pain, they still caught it early enough to help me.
My parents can't afford the surgery and I just want to live my life to the fullest!! So I'm reaching out to my friends and family for help!
