Voice of the Homeless Podcast
This special project tackles a subject foreign to most of us - homelessness and poverty. Aside from seeing the "will work for food" guy at the intersection, what do you really know about homelessness in America AND the wonderful work being done to help those in need?
The VoH Podcast will feature interviews with ministry and social services leaders who are on the front lines of serving the needy, but what makes this project even more exciting and encouraging is that we will also be featuring real people, with real stories of being rescued from a life of hopelessness, addiction, and being broken. We'll follow their journey of finding hope, and healing as they put the pieces back together and find purpose.
The funds you donate will be used to:
- purchase needed recording equipment
- cover the cost of the website (under construction)
- cover the cost of podcast hosting
- enable us to launch a Voice of the Homeless fund to donate to the Rescue Mission in the city where our featured guest found help and hope. That's right - we want to interview them and then thank the ministry that helped by sharing a gift from us/you!
We've already recorded the first few episodes and will be launching in March. Please join us on this exciting journey to help make a difference in the lives of those in need!
