Moving to S.C. for disabled Mum

Hi there, so a little about our story. My mother who is 57 is in need of a kidney transplant. Currently she resides in South Carolina with her roommate who works full time. My Mum's roommate is no longer able to assist in taking care of her due to her roommate has a family member already she takes care of full time and works 50+ hours a week.
My wife is medically trained and able to take care of my mother and is willing to however we need to move down there from Boston.
My mother recently had a 2nd stroke in the past couple months and her health is slowly declining. I am currently looking for an apartment in South Carolina and trying to purchase a used car so I can have transportation to take her to and from dialysis.
She has been having trouble remembering to do and as of 4/30/18 she is currently in the hospital sedaded while they take care of her. Her memory is slowing declining as well as her every day abilities to take care of herself due to her poor kidney health. I would like to get down there ASAP to help her in her time of need.
She currently has 5 birds which are her companions that also need to be taken care of. She became a "Gamer" back in 1996 when she first found out about Simutronics and roleplay chats and has been playing Gemstone 3/4 by the name of Violenttmoon since 1998. She has also played Everquest2 since early 2000's. (Mind you shes better at EQ2 than me -.- ) She's an avid horse lover who has ridden them most her life until she became disabled in 2000 when she was forced to retire due to Hep C and kidney/liver failure. Her liver has gotten better since then but she has less than 5% kidney function at this time. I will be posting weekly updates on her health and support.
