I now have to sleep at an angle for the rest of my life in order to prevent acid reflux from my weak stomach valve, reaching my throat and tongue. This will prevent any other chance of cancer recurring.
We are financially ok.
I have been teaching for 30 years and this is my last year. My sick leave will bring down my salary a little.
I am humbled to be asking for monetary relief, and only wish to receive donations from those who are very wealthy, and who can easily afford it.
I am sleeping on a large 45 degree pillow, although temporary. We will be purchasing a new adjustable bed as soon as my feeding tube is removed. (probably mid to late December)
