Davion's Bone Marrow Transplant

Hi, my name is Jene' I am the single mother of one strong 11 year old boy named Davion. Davion has Sickle Cell Anemia (SS) Disease which is a life threatening blood disorder of the red blood cells. He has been having complications with his illness since 3 mos of age. Over the years his condition has become worse and his hospital visits are more and more frequent along with days missed from school and me missing a lot of work to care for him. We recently received news of a donor matched to my son for a bone marrow transplant. In June the procedure will take place. I am seeking help for finances due to the fact that I have used all my paid time off and vacation time to care for my son. We are expected to be hospitalized for 6-8 weeks.
