Hello everyone, my name is Ryan Drehobl, the General Manager of Lincoln Square Lanes (sports bar/bowling alley located in Lincoln Square North Side of Chicago) , & I am on this website because a dear friend and work colleague and his family are enduring something we all hear about on either the daily news broadcast, local newspaper, internet, etc, yet never really are able to fathom unless it hits home, or close to it...Their four-year-old son, Tyler, was sound asleep in the comfort of their home one evening when a fire managed to engulf it way too quickly for anyone to have a chance of getting to him to safety....Young Tyler is now burnt over approximately 75% of his body, and suffered smoke inhalation and was rushed to a local hospital, which transferred him to The University of Chicago's Burn Unit/ICU, where he has been since induced into a coma and stabilized. Not only is he fighting for his Dear, Young and Precious Life, his family incurred major personal loss as the inferno melted almost all of their belongings, thus making their home uninhabitable...His parents have been at his bedside ever since, and will continue to do so for as long as it takes for him to make a full recovery...

This is where we all step up and do whatever we are able to within our means in order to help this family along this painstaking and arduous journey they are taking for this amazing little boy...We have already set forth efforts towards being able to provide the daily minor essentials for them, like food and toiletries, coupled with throwing a localized industry fundraiser to help raise money towards being able to assist them with paying their monthly bills, replacing whatever items that were lost In the fire (clothes, furniture, tvs, refrigerator, sofas, chairs, etc), providing them with temporary housing, food, and whatever other bills or expenses that they may come across along the way...As you can clearly see, this is going to require a rather substantial amount of money, and since it is virtually impossible to come up with the exact figures needed, we decided to establish this page for them as well, so they are able to solely focus on TYLER'S Recovery, and not have to experience ANY financial difficulties WHATSOEVER....

With all that said, I am now kindly asking each and every person who has taken the time to read Tyler's Story to please make a donation, one that will surely help this family put back the broken pieces of their lives together..Tyler needs us now more than ever...Let's make this happen people! Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for your kindhearted generosity towards people you may not even know personally....
