Jim's life hangs in the balance after a horrific accident on his motor scooter on Monday 21st November 2016.

Unfortunately as a result, Jim is in Nambour Hospital in a critical condition.
He has suffered multiple serious injuries, including punctured lung, severe leg injuries and multiple compound fractures.
Jim is currently in an induced coma and doctors are planning multiple surgeries including possible amputation of the left leg. He is fighting for his life.
His loving partner Jodie is right by his side but this is causing a financial and emotional strain on her family.
Everyone who knows Jodie and Jim knows that Jodie is an excellent and dedicated mum to Jorjah and Chaniya. Jorjah is still small and her autism means a lot of hard work for Jodie.
Jim's condition requires Jodie to be close to the hospital which means she is staying in overnight accommodation near the hospital. This is an hour away from their home in Gympie.
We are all so worried about Jim's condition as it is critical. Even if he does pull through, rehabilitation is going to be long and difficult.
