burn survivor/need vehicle

I was set on fire by my boyfriend and burned over 80% of my body. I still have a lifetime of surgeries to go. I am in desperate need of a vehicle to get back and forth to the hospital,etc....I am very grateful for the friends I have and I try to thank God everyday for all He has given me. Any contribution you can make  would be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to buy a car that runs. Thank you and God Bless.
