Grant's ARMY

Are you ready to join GRANT'S ARMY?

Every year, severe sepsis strikes more than a million Americans. It' been estimated that between 28 and 50 percent of these people die - far more than the number of U.S. deaths from prostate cancer, breast cancer and AIDS combined.

Grant almost did not make it though the surgery that was meant to clean this life eating bacteria, called sepsis,  from his body. While recovering in ICU, Grant flat lined while his wife, Missy Chaplik Kessler, and his two sons, Grant Kessler Jr and Michael Kessler ( Chris Nicole Kessler ), watched on. Thankfully, the doctors were able to resuscitate Grant and God allowed him to continue his journey here with us.

Grant is a very special and important person not only in my life, but in many others' lives that extend well outside of our family. Being a presence of strength for those around him, he has given his time and generous, heart-felt love to charities, friends, students, family and congregations; and has touched many lives. God has given him a second chance and sent him back to us to not only continue what he has started, but to share his story of survival and his accounts of death that day.

Your donations will help him and his wife get back on their feet and on to bigger and better things in helping out their community.

On behalf of Grant and his beautiful wife Missy, I thank you for your support.
