Jules' Medical Fund

A few weeks ago I found out that I am at risk of cervical cancer and that I will need to undergo surgery at the end of this month to remove a portion of my cervix to get rid of the precancerous cells. I am terrified and though the procedure doesn't guarantee anything, it is a necessary step to ensure the cells don't spread and actually become cancer.

This news came as a complete shock and a new financial burden that my husband and I were not prepared for. We moved back to Austin, TX about 7 months ago, got married and were ready to start the next chapter in our life and even have a family. Funny how plans usually don't work out and life is full of unimaginable obstacles. In the time since moving, my husband has been unable to secure a new job so we've been surviving off one income (which I am grateful to even have that). Now the unfortunate circumstance has put a stress on savings and our ability to put money aside for emergencies, like this... 

If you know me at all, then you also know asking for financial help from friends or family is something I don't do because I never want to put that stress or worry on the people I care about most. This time, my family and I really could use your help, even if it's just a dollar, anything will help.
