APPEAL FOR HELP
A few days ago, some vile piece of filth stole one of the large commemorative plaques from the King Edward VI School War Memorial, it will cost many hundreds of pounds to replace, as well repair the damage the vermin did to the stonework.
Firstly I would like to appeal to whoever did this, and ask that they do the right thing and return the plaque or leave it somewhere where it can easily be found.
Because I no confidence whatsoever that the pitiful excuse of human being will actually do this,
I appeal to the old boys & girls of KEVI, as well as Morpethians & all other decent folks to try and give a few pounds towards the replacement of the plaque & associated repairs.
If there is any money left after this is done, any surplus would be used for improvements to security, something which the school have already taken steps to address.
