My name is Arthur, and I’m creating this fundraiser for myself and my family during one of the hardest times we’ve ever faced. I’m on dialysis, and when my port broke, it caused an infection that left me in the hospital for 3 months. During that time, my wife was the only one able to work while also taking care of me and our kids. We fell behind on bills, and that led to us being evicted. Right now, we are living in a hotel and trying to hold everything together while I continue getting the treatment I need to stay alive. I have to drive an hour to dialysis three times a week, and the cost of gas adds up fast. I can’t work right now, and I was not approved for disability, so we have been stretched beyond what we can manage. The support from this fundraiser will go toward gas for my dialysis trips and help us work toward finding a new place to stay. I truly don’t like asking for help, but I’m in dire need of assistance. I’ve gotten set back up on dialysis still trying to find housing! At the moment we’re stay at Hiltons from fort Walton to Panama City! My wife is the only one able to work because I do dialysis 3 times a week and I cant get my disability bc I haven’t worked 10 years straight into my social security and we have a 18 month old baby! I’m trying to get him into daycare so I can work to help my wife out it’s hard and I’m just simply asking for anything you guys can give to help! I really don’t like asking for help but at this moment in my life I need help! I’m trying to stay motivated and live my life right! But please let us be you small good deed for the day! We really need it

Finally got back in dialysis and get a car now I’m just asking for help on gas bc I have to drive a hr 3 times a week back and forth and I can’t work and I’m waiting on my disability
