    I need surgery on both hands, I’ve been unemployed for months, and almost all of our bills are overdue. Being unemployed and in pain every day in your 60s are really hard things to tackle. I welcome any and all help. Ageism is real, arthritis is painful, and asking for help is monumentally embarrassing and humiliating. The second half of my life was supposed to be so different.
