North Knox Animal Shelters fees

We here in North Knox County, Indiana have NO shelter servicing our area. There are SO MANY animals that NEED a shelter a SAFE PLACE, where warmth, love, food and water are available, we ALSO NEED THIS as a community as well.
We have been functioning, with fosters only, limited resources and donations, and though we are so grateful for that we need and can do more.
We HAVE FILLED out the paperwork for the 501c3 Non-profit Paperwork, but have found the FEES asscociated with it, for the state, and federal are going to be 840.00.
This Non-Profit Status will allow us to be eligible to apply for Grants, Corporate donations, we will be able to SERVE AND SAVE so MANY more of the animals that so DESPARATELY need US.
THIS is a Community VENTURE, and a COMMUNITY SERVICE. We will be serving not only the animals but the families of this community too.
We can NOT do that withOUT these papers.
As it is, we have acheived an incredible amount of rescue, medical needs, intervention and rehoming of far more animals than could have been imagined. WE NEED TO DO MORE. THIS is an essential part to this process.
PLEASE GIVE! Even if its a dollar! There are currently 3000 people in Bicknell alone, a dollar a person could change our area and our four legged animals future ENORMOUSLY.
