Tony's Sarcoidosis Treatment

My name is Tony Lewis. I am currently suffering from Stage 4 of a rare lung disease called Sarcoidosis - the growth of tiny collections of inflammatory cells in different parts of the body. Stage 4 is the final stage of the disease.
The Lung Institute in Nashville, Tennessee has introduced a "regenerative medical procedure we have found to help people suffering from chronic pulmonary conditions" such as Sarcoidosis. The Lung Institute does this from stem cell treatment. However, the research shows that there is 84.5% success rating in quality of life. Also, 4 out of 5 patients saw an increase of 10% or more in their pulmonary function according to a Lung Institute Pulmonary Function Test. This treatment could save my life. It could extend my life anywhere from 6 months to 30 years.
I have served this community with a lot of volunteer work. From 1997 to 2005, I was the PRIDE Coordinator for Perry County. PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In a Desirable Environment) is a state environmental initiative that I helped create with Congressman Hal Rogers, among others - including General Bigfort, a One Star General in Frankfort, Kentucky. I have been a member of the Masonic Lodge since 2001. I am a Kentucky Colonel, one of the highest civilian honors bestowed upon a citizen in the State of Kentucky. I am a father of three. I have never asked for help before, and I need it now more than ever.
Your contribution will be going to the money it takes to pay for the treatment.
