Dear Friends of The Princess Party,
The Princess Party 2015 will foster new friendships between girls with and without disabilities, boost their self-esteem and self-confidence; and facilitate awareness of the needs and amazing abilities of girls everywhere. The event shines a bright light on each and every girl's beauty, bravery, and brilliance! It celebrates the challenges girls with and without disabilities face and overcome every day as well as the creative ways they stay optimistic and productive as they find their unique path in life.
The Princess Party is the signature event hosted by Motor City Ambucs, the newest and fastest growing non-profit Ambucs chapter in the US! The Party is a one-day event intended to help the participants dare to be different and realize their dreams and full-potential. Our all-volunteer staff are truly blessed to know that we are helping to show our participants that they exemplify true Bravery, Beauty, and Brilliance!
Please help us to acknowledge remarkable girls with and without disabilities for the second year in a row at The Princess Party 2015! This year’s event will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2015 from 11 AM until the bell tolls four. The Grosse Pointe War Memorial’s outdoor gardens, panoramic view of Lake St. Clair, and enchanted Crystal Ballroom will provide a spectacular venue for us to celebrate each princess’s Bravery, Beauty, & Brilliance.
Your support will make this year's celebration a royal success. Please consider volunteering your time and talent; becoming a Princess Pal by sponsoring a princess for just $40; identifying and nominating princesses or sponsors or both; providing an in-kind gift; or making a cash donation at one of the following five sponsorship levels: King or Queen: $1000-5000; Prince or Princess: $500-1000; Duke or Duchess: $250-500; Knight: $100-250; and Herald: $5-100. One hundred percent of your cash and in-kind gifts will make this annual event possible for many deserving girls of all ages. And don’t forget that your gift is tax deductible! In the meantime, we will continue to clean the castle, polish our armor, ready the trumpets, and lower the drawbridge in anticipation of The Princess Party 2015! Please spread the news!
