The COOKBACK

Many families spend Thanksgiving over homemade meals and surrounded by love. This year #theCOOKBACK  would like to share some of that love with the community. Instead of an assembly line of catered food we will be handing out meals and supplies to those in need, provided by everyday people like you. We will be set up on the Venice Boardwalk starting at 10am on Friday, Nov. 28th and encourage you to stop by with any contributions for our Thanksgiving Themed Potluck. 

In addition to handing out food, we will also be providing care packages that will include:

A reusable water bottle
Tootbrush/Toothpaste
Hand Sanitizer/Wipes
Deodorant 
Socks
Soap
Hand Warmers
Tampons
Comb
Lotion
Gum
Chapstick

In leiu of monetary donations, if you'd like to provide any of the items mentioned above or contribute a meal on Friday, Nov 28th, please send us an email at [email redacted]. 

Any contribuitions are welcome, big or small, you can even remain anonymous. #theCookBack is about building a community of givers to help the underserved. Every dollar counts!
