El Coqui Puerto Rican Restaurant

My name is Eva Sanchez. I have been an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the past 24 years. I hurt my back in 2011 and lost my job due to not being able to lift more than 35 pounds.
I got the opportunity to open a Puerto Rican restaurant and invested all my money into it. I am a hard worker and like to stand on my own two feet. I love to work and create all kinds of empanadas. Everybody loves my food!
About six months ago construction work started in a one mile radius and I'm right in the middle of it.  The sidewalk was broken down and so was the street for them to replace sewers and water pipes. There are big drums almost covering my driveway and people just don't want to come in. All I get is one to three people a day and now I am behind all my bills.  The water department is going to shut my water down by May 15th, 2015 if I can't come up with the money.
I don't want to lose my business, I put everything I had into it. Before I got my restaurant I put over 200 applications for different positions and no one would hire me because I am 65 years old. I am strong and don't like sitting around and would love the opportunity to grow my business. I need help, desperately.  Thank you in advance to any who could help!
