Ron Lallone Fire Fund

Please see the following description of a terrible tragedy that has occured to our neighbor Ron Lallone.  Ron lives two doors down from me.  He is a veteran of the Korean War and was in the Air Force for 7 years.  He is still battling with the Department of Veterans Affairs to receive his Aid and Attendance benefits.

Ron lost his home to a fire on Sunday night, November 29, 2015.  It was my son who pulled him from his home at 11 pm that night.  All of us who know and love Ron want to help any way we can.  He is safe and full of his usual vim and vigor.  At 82 years old it is a true tragedy...and he did not have insurance.  Please donate to my good friend and neighbor what you can knowing Ron can use it immediately or maybe save it to fix up his "dock" and home and continue to hold court and be the generous neighbor he always has been!  We love you Ron and want you back as soon as possible!  Ron will be getting the cash each time gofundme disperses to the appropriate account.  He plans on using the funds to demo the exising structure in order to prepare for a new home and a new deck

Ron is sitting with his his neighbor Justin Greenwald a few days after the fire.  Justin crashed through a side door to pull Ron out of his smoke and flame filled home. A few minutes later Ron's hallway and bedroom were engulfed with black smoke and fire. Many many cudos to Justin for his quick thinking and incredible actions!
