Nepal Community Earthquake Relief
Donation protected
Socio-Economic Welfare Centre for Energetic Women (EWC) is involved at this moment in coordinating immediate relief efforts in Kathmandu and the towns and villages of Dhading, Nuwakot, Gorkha and Thimi.
EWC is a non-profit organization that has been working directly with local communities in Nepal for nearly twenty years and knows its communities very well. EWC helps women and children improve their social, economic and familial lives, and right now, their families and communities that were devastated in the earthquake are in need of help.
We are three Nepali students from Vassar College in New York. Our immediate families are safe and we are trying to raise funds to support the work of EWC. Prabha Pradhan, the founder of EWC (and Sahara's mother), is coordinating these efforts.
We thank you for your support.
