Nepali School Rebuilding

My name is Michael Sohmer and I am a Clinical Pharmacist in San Diego. I have just returned from Nepal on a medical mission with Californians For Nepal to provide food, shelter and medical care to the people of Nepal. We were in the villages of Gagone and Thulogaun where we treated and triaged over 466 patients!!
What we most noticed during our time there, were the many children that stayed with us in the villages. What we finally realized was that the local schools had been destroyed and they had no where else to go. We had become their classroom!
Our goal is to now raise money and rebuild their schools. We will coordinate the building of the schools and actually help in the construction by bringing teams with us to help rebuild. Our hope is to dedicate the new schools in early October
