Missing Terry Floyd Mine Search
Donation protected
On the 28th of June 1975 my 12 year old brother, Terry Floyd, tragically had his life cut short after being abducted from the side of the road. To this day there have been no convictions in regards to his murder and his body has not been found.
Over the past 7 years I have been painstakingly searching for my brother's remains down a disused mineshaft that I was lead to from the evidence provided in a Coronial Inquest in 2001.
It has been a long and gruelling search but the find of a Stirling silver chain, 140 feet down the shaft, makes me even more determined because on that fateful dayTerry was wearing a Stirling silver necklace. Now more gruelling discoveries such as the leather shoes shown in the picture that fits the size and description that Terry was wearing that horrendous day and also the copper buttons and press stud that once again are very similar to the clothing he was wearing.
I need your support to find my brother. A disused mine shaft can not be his final resting place. He deserves to be buried with dignity and my family deserves the simplest of human needs, a place to go and visit our beloved brother.
With your help in my search for Terry you also help convict the lowest of human life. Have no doubt, that when we find Terry there will be convinctions. You will rid society of those who deserve not to walk amongst us freely. Murder, especially the murder of a child, is the most heinous of all crimes.
Please help in bringing a child home and the convinctions of his killers. 43 years is too long...the pain and suffering must end and justice must prevail.
