Surprise trip to the World Series

This is a Suprise for Dennis and Marie!
For those of you that know our Dad, he is a die hard SF Giants fan. For those of you that don't know our Dad...he is a die hard SF Giants fan. He became a fan at a very young age when the Giants were playing in NY. He followed "his team" to the west coast when they officially became the San Francisco Giants and never wavered in his devotion.

The Giants won the World Series in 1954, just a few years earlier than his birth, you can imagine how hard it was for him and for us to watch him see his beloved Giants lose the series in 1989 and even worse, again in 2002. Yet, his devotion, passion and commitment remained unwavered. He stood by his team, much like he always stands by us. In 2010 one of his life long dreams came true...he saw "his team" win the World Series...he could officially check this off his subconscious bucket list. Well, the Giants won the World Series again in 2012 and they are yet again embarking on the World Series next week.

Over the years, Dennis has some how broken Marie down to not only watching the games with him, but seemingly enjoying the games. Sending them to the city where they can be surrounded with their fellow fans would not only alleviate us (his children) of the highs and lows, but give them the opportunity to do something fun together, but something they will both actually enjoy. 

Our Dad was and still is so great about surprising each of us while growing up with fun day trips, sometimes even pulling us out of school to go get a baseball players autograph...without consulting our Mom of course. We want to do the same for him and need all the help we can get.
