In faith we have stepped out and started demolition of the old buildings and digging for new foundations. We still need $4800 to move forward.
Orphanage has been ordered by the local government in Kenya to tear down storm damaged buildings and replace them. This will mean a loss of school and live-in buildings for up to 60 children if they have to close.
Three of these buildings can be replaced for $15,000 U.S. I have a corporate sponsor who will donate 2/3rds of these costs WHEN we raise the remaining 1/3rd - $5000, the goal for this campaign.
Funds will be administered through the ministry of "The Well" in the U.S. (www.twow.org) providing full accountability.
This is an urgent matter as notices to "demolish" have alrady been issued. We need to rebuild for these children and not allow them to lose their "home". Shutdown is scheduled for April 30th. Let's NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!
