This drive is to provide urgent help for AlSarhan family who lost their father in a tragic, no fault, car accident. Six children in the van were injured.
AlSarhan family was involved in a tragic car accident when their van was struck by an SUV that crossed into their lane and hit them head on. The father, Hussain (49) was killed and six children in the van were injured (ages 9-14). Three of the kids are Hussain Alfarhan's and the other three are his nephews. Hussain was taking the kids back from school when this tragedy happened. This appeal is to raise funds to help the AlSarhan family and the kids involved in the accident with urgent medical and living expenses.
All donations will be channeled through the kids' school, Nashville International Academy (NIA). NIA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and all of your generous donations will be tax deductible.

Update 8/23/2015
Alhamdulilah, after an 8 hrs surgery on Thursday, Zainab is doing well and will be moved out of ICU today. There were many broken bones, some shatered, from her legs to the head! Zainab's recovey will take a while, but she is a strong young girl and with God's help she will pull through. The other five children are recovering but will need time to mourn the loss of a father and an uncle and the terrible ordeal they just went through. Keep the story alive and the fund raise strong and please share with at least one more friend. Hug your kids an extra special hug tonight and cherish every moment with them.
