Help me finish Yoga Teacher Training and start an affordable yoga class for the local community.
Hello,
My name is Clare and I am currently training part-time as a yoga teacher whilst I continue working several jobs to support myself in London.
Qualifying as a yoga teacher means much more than just instructing people on perfecting their poses. It means helping people find their strength and use it positively. It means giving people their confidence back. It will enable me to share my love of yoga and help others to discover it.
I have been given the wonderful opportunity to continue my teacher training in Bulgaria this June; something I was so excited about that I booked my flight immediately. However, I have run into some unforeseen finanical trouble, which means I may no longer afford to pay my course fees for the training in Bulgaria and may not be able to finish my teacher training course.
On completing my teacher training, I had hoped to start an affordable class for my local community. I planned to teach a weekly beginner's class for people who didn't have the confidence or the money to attend a studio class and introduce them to yoga practice in an encouraging environment.
If I am able to raise £250 by June, I will be able to pay my course fee to continue my training in Bulgaria. This will enable me to fully immerse myself in the training and give me much needed practical hours of experience. I will be able to complete my training course and qualify as a certified yoga teacher!
