Stella's Cancer Fund

Recently my very dear friend Valerie found out her dog and best friend of 7 years Stella has bone cancer. That alone is hard to hear, now the treatment has to begin which is even more hard to see your best friend go through. To fully eliminate the cancer, her front leg with the Tumor has to be amputated. This seems drastic but it's the only option to prevent the cancer from spreading since bone cancer tends to spread rapidly. The surgery is scheduled for Tuesday March 10. They will remove the entire leg from the shoulder. After this, they will begin to treat Stella with chemotherapy. The vet is optomistic Stella will recover and live a full life, only with three legs. The long road ahead of both Stella and Valerie is hard. I hope to soften the hardship of this journey on Valerie by raising the money to fully cover Stellas treatment. This way Valerie and all her loved ones can focus on saving this loyal companion's valuable life.
