State and National Competition fund

The students I'm trying to raise money for are part of my Technology Student Association (TSA), a nationally recognized middle and high school club that fosters and promotes technology literacy and teaches students the skills needed to be successful in this world.
Last year was the first year for our TSA at our school and the students were able to place in the Western Regional NC TSA competition with first in problem solving, and seconds in robotics, video game design, and structural engineering. There are about 500 high school/middle school competitors who travel to Appalachian State University to compete.
This year we hope to capitalize on the achievements of last year and do even better! The competitions that we are trying to go to this year are the NC State TSA Conference in Greensboro, NC, and the National TSA Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. In order to make it to Atlanta, we need to have the funding to house students for the state competition and also place in the top 3. These two competitions are April 21-24, and June 22-26.
Because this was the first TSA chapter in Burke County, there has been no allotted funding. We do not expect there to be any allotted funding in the future.
Being able to travel to a state competition and national competition for these students would be a huge accomplishment and would be so awesome for their future. Many of the students in this club love engineering and want to pursue a career in something that has to do with engineering, whether it be mechanical, civil, electrical or medical. Being able to network with other students with the same passion they have from all over the state of North Carolina and the US will benefit them exponentially on their journey to achieving their goals.
We thank you in advance for your contribution to this club and supporting students in achieving goals greater than they thought possible.
