Chubb's Medical Bills

This year, while attending the Battle of the Bayou in Houston, Texas, I tangled up with another rider and came off my board. In the crash I completely tore my ACL, and partially tore my meniscus.

After extensive reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation, I'm making progress, but am now facing a stack of medical bills. I've already had to end my physical therapy 4 months early as my medical insurance will no longer cover it. 

Anything donated would help immensly, and hopefully allow for me to continue my physical therapy so I can make a full recovery - allowing me to get back on a board and continue skateboarding for many years to come.
