Holistic Wellness Center for Trauma

I am the Founder of Soul Nourishing, LLC. I started out on my own, helping people rediscover their joy through coaching. I am now in the process of building a wellness center together with a fantastic team. Why am I doing this?

I have Complex PTSD. I have had it for 30 years. I am a survivor of child abuse, domestic violence & multiple sexual assaults/rapes that occurred throughout my life. I am not on disability, but I have suffered with the affects of this: depression, anxiety, anger, insomnia, addiction, fibromyalgia, migraines, weight issues, blood sugar issues, neuropathy,  you name it. I was a workaholic with a Class A client list & completely stressed out. I turned my life around & began making better choices. I learned how to manage emotional loss, my recovery, my chronic pain & leave the trauma-drama behind & balance my life. There IS a better way. I'd like to share it with others!

My holistic team & I plan to offer our clients the best in trauma wellness aftercare, such as massage therapy, yoga therapy, Aruyvedic nutrition, detox coaching, grief coaching, life coaching, neurolinguistic programming, raw food & juice classes, meditation & mindfulness, energy healing, art & writing for wellness, peer support, a variety of workshops, & much more. There is even a possibility to include equine therapy if we can identify the right partners! We plan to add a licensed mental health professional & also become a nonprofit.

Besides myself, there will be some staff & volunteers who have also experienced trauma.
It is our hope to sign our contracts & begin working together as soon as possible,  & then begin partnering with the community to help others in need & begin their journey to joy.
