Help bring Chloe home

Hi myself name is Will and my beautiful little girls name is Chloe.In August of 2014 we left her mother after years of drug and alcohol abuse she attempted suicide with vodka and pills to which Chloe was subjected to see.My step daughter and I had her commited and told her that this was it,we had had enough of her abuse and neglect to her family.She promised to stop.We supported her tho only weeks after the incident she started again.Missing her court ordered appts. ,and failing her drug screens.Her addiction,and my injurys due to an accident kept us in financial despair.We had to move from our apt.While looking at Apts Chloe asked me if we could live in a place with just us.I said us?She said yes just me and you.Now I knew that things were having more of an affect than I realized. So after much soul searching,pleading,and suffering I had a discussion with her older sister and I made the decision to leave.I stayed in contact with her thru email and phone calls encouraging her to get the help she needed and come to terms with Chloe being in my custody.Some days she was agreeable but most days she was not much like when we were together.For 7 months she sent nothing for Chloe. Nothing at Christmas or her birthday not even an email or phone call. We had stopped hearing from her at all.She had been ordered to pay child support in January, and I received a payment in March.I had hopes that things had finally settled down and perhaps we could get on with coming to terms with everything even though we hadn't heard from her for almost 2 months.Then April 21st Sheriff's showed up at my door with an exparte order and took my little girl screaming and crying against her will to her mother who managed to convince a judge she was in danger.I have learned that she has moved in with some man I do not know and has hired a lawyer and suddenly I am in need of one as well.I am only able to work part time while I wait for surgery and my case to be settled.That is why I am here asking you for help.A little girls life has turned upside down and with out a lawyer I am afraid it will stay that way.Please help me bring Chloe home.Thank you for taking the time to read this and God bless.
