Reece is 9 years old and has been blind since birth, diagnosed with Optic nerve hypoplasia and Septo optic dysplasia, He is registerd as severely sight impaired with light perception only. He is a happy outgoing child, that does not let the lack of sight get in his way, everyone he meets loves him instantly, he has got a very firey character and is a little joker he has everyone cracking up!
