The Greaves' are ready for a bubba but need your help to make it happen!
Some of you may already know part of our story and how we got to this place but in brief, 4 years ago Tisha underwent surgery to remove stage 1b1 adenocarcinoma cervical cancer. At the time it was deemed a success but earlier this year, upon returning from our honeymoon, Tisha was told the surgery removed too much tissue and because of this she cannot carry a bubba.
Lucky for us Tisha's sister Mia has generously offered to carry the bubba for us!!
Now we start the surrogacy process, a very costly and arduous process.
In Australia it's illegal to pay a surrogate for their services. So Mia is doing it out of love, but the costs involved with Altruistic (non paid) surrogacy start at $30k and can be as high as $100k. Unfortunately Medicare doesn't offer any assistance for any of our medical/surgery costs and the IVF fees are a lot higher with surrogacy. We also have the costs of numerous therapy and legal sessions that are mandatory for all parties involved.

For those who know Tisha & I, we work hard but already live on a tight budget and have no idea how we are going to fund our surrogacy journey. We're doing what we can but don't know if it will be enough.
We have created this page in the hope that we can raise much needed funds to help out with the financial side of surrogacy and hopefully we'll have a beautiful baby in 12-18 months time!
